Our Manufacturing Quality Assurance program is in compliance with United States Food and Drug Administration "Good Manufacturing Practices" for Filling and Compounding Products.

Standard Operational Procedures (SOP's) are developed for all manufacturing areas. All applicable manufacturing equipment is installed, maintained, verified and calibrated per the SOP. Procedures are trained and audited per SOP guidelines. Products are audited per SOP guidelines.

Stability studies and product retains are tested to ensure conformance to Government and Customer requirements. Statistical techniques are used for proper sampling and confidence levels. Analytical instruments are used to analyze incoming and outgoing product integrity.

Equipment

The year 2007 has seen an exciting expansion for our company. We will run several million units of water based sunscreen on our BOV line. This line has recently been modified with the latest in filling technology. We have also acquired a liquid filling line that is capable of over 4 million units per year.
